These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Tech3Space platform, website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Tech3Space (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing, registering for, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
1. Acceptance of Terms
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm you meet this requirement and accept these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Tech3Space provides cloud-native infrastructure, AI-assisted development tools, edge deployment, scaling solutions, and related services for developers, teams, and businesses.
3. Accounts and Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Services
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data without permission
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
5. User Content and Responsibilities
You retain ownership of any content you upload or generate using the Services (“User Content”). By using the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Services.
You are solely responsible for your User Content, including ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights or violate laws.
6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
- Some Services require a paid subscription or usage-based billing.
- Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated.
- You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
- We may suspend access for non-payment after notice.
- All fees exclude applicable taxes; you are responsible for taxes.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services, underlying software, documentation, and Tech3Space trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services during your active subscription, subject to these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech3Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with notice where required. You may terminate your account at any time.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes may be notified via email or in-app notice.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delhi, India.
