Welcome to Tech3Space (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Platform”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tech3Space website, community features, resource tools, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using Tech3Space, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.

Tech3Space is a platform for researchers, developers, and technical professionals to share knowledge, organize resources, join communities, and collaborate on technical work.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using Tech3Space, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Educational and collaborative use of technical content is encouraged when conducted ethically and in accordance with applicable law. Malicious use is strictly prohibited.

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, software, documentation, and other materials available on Tech3Space (excluding user-generated content and third-party open-source components) are owned by or licensed to Tech3Space and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Open-source materials and resources shared on the Platform are subject to their respective licenses. You must comply with those licenses when using such materials.

You retain ownership of content you upload or contribute, but you grant Tech3Space a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Platform.

“Tech3Space” and related names and logos are associated with the Platform. You may not use them without prior written permission except for accurate, non-misleading references.

Users may publish posts, documents, notes, and other materials on the Platform. These materials are provided for educational and collaborative purposes.

You acknowledge that:

• Content shared by users reflects their own views and is not necessarily endorsed by Tech3Space.
• You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws when using or sharing materials on the Platform.
• You should not rely on user-generated content for critical decisions without independent verification.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TECH3SPACE AND ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tech3Space, its operators, contributors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated via the Platform or by email if you have an account.

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
